SERVING THE ARKANSAS DELTA
Free rides to care, and health screenings that come to you.
Plenty of families in the Delta know something feels off and never find out why. A missing ride, a clinic two counties over, a screening that never came to town. MW Community Health & Transportation closes that gap with free medical transportation and community health screenings brought straight into the neighborhoods that need them.
501(c)(3) status pending. Every dollar funds a ride or a screening.
The reality
Delta counties carry some of the steepest rates of preventable chronic illness in Arkansas.
The barrier
For many families, the nearest clinic is a drive they have no way to make.
The work
We bring screenings to churches and community centers, and we drive people to care.
Community health in the Delta
Three things stand between people and their health:
Health outcomes aren't determined by personal effort. They are defined by access.
No way to get there
A clinic an hour away is the same as no clinic at all when you have no ride. Missed appointments stack up, and small problems become big ones.
Care feels out of reach
Cost and distance keep primary care out of the picture for too many families, so problems go unseen until they turn into emergencies.
Living in the unknown
Without a screening, a person can feel fine for years while something quietly builds. They deserve to know what is going on with their own body.

WHO WE ARE
Built on one belief about healthcare
MW Community Health & Transportation started with a conviction that being sick should never come down to whether you can find a way to the doctor. If a person needs care, they should get it.
We meet people where they already gather. We partner with churches, community centers, and local leaders to host screenings, and we offer rides that put patient comfort first, from a flexible schedule to who is behind the wheel.
OUR PLEDGE
"We are passionate about getting you the care you deserve, and we will treat you with dignity from the first ride to the last."
Free medical transportation
Getting to care, made simple
Whether you need a ride or you are waiting on a screening to come to town, the path is short and the help is real.
STEP 1
Reach out
Request a ride to your appointment, or watch for a free screening event hosted at a church or center near you.
STEP 2
We show up
Our team drives you to your appointment or runs the screening on site, with comfort and care the whole way.
STEP 3
You get answers
You leave with real insight into your health, a referral if you need one, and a way to get to the next step.
What changes
From not knowing to taking charge
Knowledge is the thing that turns a worried guess into a plan. Here is the shift our neighbors experience.
BEFORE
Something feels off
You know your body isn't quite right, but you have no clear reason why and no realistic way to find out. So you wait, and you hope it passes.
AFTER
You know, and you act
A screening shows what is out of range. You leave with a referral, a ride to the office, and a reason to make changes that add years to your life.
GET INVOLVED
Your gift is a ride and a result
Healthcare access in the Delta runs on people who decide it matters. A single donation can cover the gas to get someone to chemo, or the supplies for a screening that catches something early. Be the reason someone finds out in time.
Give
A recurring gift keeps rides running and screenings stocked all year. Any amount moves someone closer to care.
Volunteer
Drive neighbors to appointments or lend a hand at a screening fair. We train you, you change a life.
Open Your Doors
Churches, centers, and clinics: host a screening event and bring care to the people who trust you most.
